Finance Portfolio
Kinled Holding Limited maintains shareholdings in various
financial organisations, including:
Diversified
Private Equity Corporation, a New York based specialised
investment firm, and a member of FINRA/SIPC/SIA that has
raised over $100 M since inception.
ABTell
Wertschöpfungs AG, a Zug based industrial holding
with a $10 M fund focussed on acquiring long term equity
stakes in Swiss enterprises.
Kinled also owns 50% of Choron Management Limited, a Hong
Kong based investment advisory firm.

Real Estate Portfolio
Kinled Holding has been an active commercial property developer
since 1981 and has completed major residential and touristic
developments in Europe, the Caribbean, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Currently Kinled holds a majority share in private property
developers Puerto Investments Limited, which holds a significant
portfolio of residential properties in London and the South
Eastern UK , and a land bank comprising over 100,000 m2
in Mallorca, Spain. Kinled also has an equity share in Quadrant
Development Holdings in the UK, which is developing student
housing in Preston, Lancashire. Kinled controls an equal
share in a residential portfolio of three luxury residential
properties in St. Stephan, Switzerland.
Kinled own a stake in IPG
Global Properties LLC a fund that has invested over
$35 Million in Argentina. Through this fund we own the Algodon
Mansion Hotel and over 2000 acres of development land
in in San Rafael, Mendoza known as the Algodon
Wine Estates a winery, golf, tennis & estate development.
Kinled also own a stake in Skeena
Heliskiing Inc., which operates an exclusive ski lodge
within 8,500 km2 of land in British Columbia, the 2nd largest
heli-ski area in North America.

Medical Portfolio
Kinled hold minority positions in:
Indigo
Orb Inc., an Irvine, California based manufacturer of
epidural syringes, and winner of the 2007 Medical Design
Excellence Awards. TheEpisure AutoDetect Syringe is an automatic
Loss of Resistance (LOR) syringe that provides an objective,
visual confirmation that the Epidural Space has been identified.
Star
Syringes Limited, an East Sussex, UK based company which
licenses and develops autodisable syringes to 13 leading
healthcare manufactures worldwide including Beckton Dickinson
and Co. Star is the winner of the Queen's Award for Enterprise
for International Trade and the Medical Futures Conceptual
Design Award in the Anaesthesia and Critical Care Innovation
field.
Kinled frequently partners with, and are indirect shareholders
in, InvestBio Inc.,
which specialises in identifying, selecting, structuring,
and managing private equity investments in the biotechnology
industry, and manages a venture capital fund that has a
shareholding in, as well as 100% of the shares in existing
partnerships with, the following medical businesses:
Trellis
BioScience Inc. a San Francisco, California based firm
which discovers and develops novel human antibody therapeutics
as treatment for infectious disease and oncology indications.
Novartis Ventures are a significant shareholder in the company.
The company has built a pipeline of monoclonal antibodies
focused on infectious disease, with the most advanced being
an IND candidate for treatment of Respiratory Syncytial
Virus, licensed to Medimmune in a $ 338 Million transaction
in 2009.
Kinexis
Inc. a Carlsbad, California based life science R&D
company targeting soluble oligomeric conformations of pathologic
amyloid proteins involved in multiple neurodegenerative
and non-CNS diseases, with a particular focus on Alzheimer's
and Parkinson's.
Amplimed
Corporation, a Tuscon, Arizona based clinical-stage
pharmaceutical company founded by world-renowned oncologists,
has a lead compound, Amplimexon®, in Phase II clinical
trials, with early evidence of efficacy and low levels of
toxicity in pancreatic cancer treatment.

Technology Portfolio
Kinled owns a stake in Zai
AG, a Disentis, Switzerland based award-winning manufacturer
of unique, hand-crafted alpine sports equipment that combine
exclusivity with the very best materials. Through this,
we are also direct stakeholders in Zai
for Bentley, which manufactures high technology skis
in cooperation with Bentley
Motors, and Zai
Golf AG, which manufactures exclusive golf equipment
designed and assembled by hand in Switzerland.
Kinled also is a minority participating shareholder in
ABTell Value Creation Limited, the Zug, Switzerland based
industrial firm with a $ 10 Million portfolio including
holdings in:
Connect Com
AG, a Zug, Switzerland based fast-growing, major player
in the field of fiber-optic communication systems in Switzerland.
The company holds a leading position in its relevant market,
producing and selling fiber-optic products and offering
a broad range of related services.
Gregomatic
AG, a Cham, Switzerland based company that develops,
produces and sells technologically unique vacuum-washing
systems worldwide for demanding industrial applications.
Awema AG,
in Pfaffikon, Switzerland, develops, produces and sells
high-technology equipment for confectionary production (in
particular chocolate pralines) as well as weighing and filling
systems on a worldwide basis.
Zehnder
& Sommer AG, based in Bosingen, Switzerland, is
an internationally active leading technology company with
its own development and production departments for the manufacture
of feeder systems and custom-designed machines for the optimization
of automatic punches and progressive presses.
